本條款之解釋及履行以中華民國法為準據法。

We may make available on this Site a space dedicated to content, including but not limited, to text, photos, videos, etc., posted by you on social media (“User Content”). Where you have responded to our request to use such User Content with #***, you agree to the following:

You grant Amorepacific Corporation, the rightful trademark owner of Brand, a non-exclusive, royalty free, worldwide license to use User Content in relation to which you have responded #*** for marketing and/or advertising purposes worldwide, including but not limited, to use on Brand’s official brand websites globally.

Brand may use, reproduce, distribute, combine with other materials, modify, alter and/or edit such User Content and/or any part(s) thereof in its sole discretion subject to the relevant laws and regulations.

You hereby represent and warrant that (i) you own all rights including intellectual property rights in and to your User Content, (ii) you have permission from any person(s) appearing in your User Content to grant the rights herein, and (iii) Brand’s use of your User Content will not violate the rights of any third party or any applicable law in any countries in the world. You hereby waive any and all moral rights in relation to your User Content. You hereby release and discharge Brand and all related companies of Amorepacific Corporation, including branch companies, from any and all obligation to compensate you for any use of your User Content as described above and any of the intellectual property rights contained therein; and You hereby further release, discharge and agree to hold Brand and any person acting on Brand’s behalf harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the use of your User Content as described above.
